With today's busy lifestyles there may be a danger we don't get enough of what is good for us. Efalex contains Fish Oil rich in DHA and Efamol Pure Evening Primrose Oil. They are excellent sources of Omega-6 and Omega-3 nutrients, particularly DHA, EPA and AA, which play an important role in helping to maintain brain and eye function. Ensuring an adequate dietary intake of these fats will support brain and visual function, these may include the support of learning ability, concentration and coordination. DHA and AA are important building blocks of the brain, nervous system and eye. DHA is the most abundant fatty acid in the brain. EPA and AA help in the transmission of messages between nerves. Free from sugar, gluten, wheat, yeast, milk derivatives, artificial flavours, colours and preservatives. Directions for use: Adults and children aged 5 years and over: 4 capsules per day with food or drink. Children aged 2-5 years: 2 capsules per day with food or drink. Product should not be given to children under 2 years of age. When taking this product for the first time: the amounts should be doubled for the first 12 weeks.
